Branson Landing Development
The
$300 million 95-acre project in historic downtown Branson will bring new
people, new entertainment, new retail shops, new restaurants, new scenery
and a new high-class 260-room convention hotel, 120-room boutique hotel
and more than 170 luxury condominiums to the Branson area.
Branson Landing will feature a 1-mile Taneycomo Lakefront
boardwalk, a 100-ft. pier, several marinas, a town square large enough
to accommodate 4,000 people for festivals, musical events and other activities
and a spectacular nightly water show.
Brand name tenants, including Bass Pro Shops and Belk department
store, will be mixed with galleries and shops offering regional arts and
crafts, as well as specialty retailers.
With a cross-section of eateries, from large themed restaurants,
to intimate cafes and kiosks for shoppers on the go, Branson Landing will
become a haven for the finest restaurant and dining choices in the Midwest.
A rolling schedule of activities, festivals and promotions will give visitors
many reasons to return to Branson Landing.
Principals for the Branson Landing project are HCW Development
Company and the City of Branson.
